At King & Queen Limo, we offer a flexible and client-friendly cancellation policy for our luxury transportation services in NYC. For sedans and SUVs, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully accepted: everything you paid above the deposit is refunded. Stretch limousines and Sprinter vans (11, 14 and the Jet Van) need 48 hours; super stretch limousines and the Party Sprinter need 72 hours. The deposit itself is non-refundable. For larger group transportation, including mini buses and coach buses (23 passengers and up), we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to properly manage scheduling, chauffeurs, and fleet availability while continuing to deliver premium service to all our clients. Our goal is to provide stress-free, professional, and reliable chauffeured services in NYC, whether you’re booking for airport transfers, corporate events, weddings, private tours, or long-distance travel. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, our team is always here to assist you. What happens if I cancel on the same day or outside the allowed time frame? We completely understand that plans can change. However, for same-day cancellations or cancellations made outside the confirmed cancellation time frame, the reservation will be fully charged. This is because our vehicles, chauffeurs, and schedules are reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes prevent us from rebooking the service. Our goal is to remain fair to both our clients and our professional chauffeurs while continuing to provide premium, reliable service. If you’re unsure about your schedule, we’re always happy to help you review your options in advance.

Yes, we offer an optional Meet & Greet airport service for arrivals at JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), and Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). A professional airport greeter will enter the terminal holding a personalized sign with the passenger's or group's name. The greeter remains in direct communication with your chauffeur and escorts passengers from the terminal to the vehicle, ensuring a seamless and stress-free airport transfer. This service is optional, and pricing varies by airport. It is ideal for international arrivals, corporate groups, VIP travelers, families, and first-time visitors to New York City. For an exact quote, please contact our customer service team in advance.

Our airport waiting time policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring efficient scheduling for all airport transportation services. For international flights, we include one (1) hour of complimentary waiting time. Waiting time begins from the actual aircraft landing time (ETA), and chauffeurs are scheduled to arrive at the terminal holding area approximately 60 minutes after landing. For domestic flights, we include thirty (30) minutes of complimentary waiting time. Chauffeurs typically arrive at the holding area approximately 20 minutes after landing. For private aviation arrivals, we are unable to monitor flights. Clients must notify us of any delays or itinerary changes. Once the complimentary waiting time expires, additional waiting charges apply and are billed from the originally scheduled pickup time.

In the event of a flight delay, cancellation, diversion, or missed arrival due to passenger error, the original airport transportation reservation applies only to the originally scheduled arrival airport. Flight diversions are considered airline-controlled events and are outside the scope of the original booking. If the chauffeur has already arrived or has been dispatched, additional charges may apply based on waiting time, driver hours, and vehicle allocation. When a flight is diverted to a different airport, a new airport transfer quote will be issued and calculated based on distance, travel time, tolls, and driver availability. Client approval is required before dispatching or modifying service. Clients may choose to reschedule, rebook, or cancel the reservation, subject to any incurred fees. This policy ensures fairness, operational efficiency, and reliable service for all scheduled reservations.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and smooth airport transportation experience, we ask clients to select a vehicle that properly accommodates both passengers and luggage. Each vehicle type has specific luggage limits designed for safety, comfort, and vehicle protection. Airport Sedans • Cadillac or Lexus: up to 2 passengers with up to 3 standard suitcases • Mercedes S-Class: up to 2 passengers with up to 2 standard suitcases Airport SUVs • GMC Suburban, Lincoln Navigator, Cadillac Escalade: up to 6 passengers with up to 6 suitcases Airport Vans • Mercedes Sprinter Van: up to 14 passengers with up to 14 suitcases Airport Limousines • Stretch Lincoln MKT (7 passengers): up to 6 suitcases total For safety and vehicle preservation, luggage is not permitted inside the passenger cabin, except for small personal items. If your luggage exceeds vehicle capacity, we recommend upgrading to a luxury Sprinter van airport service or arranging an additional luggage vehicle (additional charges apply).
