At King & Queen Limo, we offer a flexible and client-friendly cancellation policy for our luxury transportation services in NYC. For standard vehicles, including Sprinter van rentals with driver, luxury SUVs, and executive car services, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully accepted.
For larger group transportation, including charter buses, minibuses, and vehicles with a capacity of 24 passengers or more, we kindly request that cancellations be made at least 72 hours in advance. This allows us to properly manage scheduling, chauffeurs, and fleet availability while continuing to deliver premium service to all our clients.
Our goal is to provide stress-free, professional, and reliable chauffeured services in NYC, whether you’re booking for airport transfers, corporate events, weddings, private tours, or long-distance travel. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, our team is always here to assist you.
What happens if I cancel on the same day or outside the allowed time frame? We completely understand that plans can change. However, for same-day cancellations or cancellations made outside the confirmed cancellation time frame, the reservation will be fully charged.
This is because our vehicles, chauffeurs, and schedules are reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute changes prevent us from rebooking the service. Our goal is to remain fair to both our clients and our professional chauffeurs while continuing to provide premium, reliable service.
