It rents at $337 per hour with a 4 hour minimum, so the smallest booking is $1,399, taxes and tolls included. Gratuity is not included.

How Party Bus Pricing Works in NYC
Almost every party vehicle in the city is priced the same way, whoever you book with:
- Hourly rate: set by the vehicle. Bigger vehicles with more equipment cost more per hour.
- Minimum hours: every party vehicle has a minimum booking, because once it is out for your night it cannot take another job.
- Total in writing: rate times hours, plus whatever fees the operator adds. This is where quotes differ most, so always ask for the full total before you pay.
With us the total is fixed before you book. What we quote is what you pay: taxes and tolls are included, and gratuity is at your discretion. There is no fuel surcharge added afterward and no cleaning fee invented at midnight. The hourly rates on our hourly rates page are the same every day of the week.
The Party Sprinter: What You Get
The Party Sprinter is built for groups who want the ride to be part of the night:
- Limo-style seating around the cabin for up to 13 guests, so everyone faces each other
- A partition between the cabin and the chauffeur
- Ambient lighting, a sound system and a TV screen
- Minibar glassware and ice, Wi-Fi and phone chargers
- A TLC-licensed chauffeur who stays with your group for the whole booking

Per-hour prices include taxes and fees. The smallest booking also includes the one-time service fee, exactly as at checkout. A simple way to choose: if the ride itself is the party, take the Party Sprinter. If the arrival is the moment, take a limousine.
What If Your Group Is Bigger Than 13?
This is where we would rather be clear than sell you the wrong thing.
- 14 or 15 guests: the super stretch limousine seats up to 15.
- More than 15 who want to celebrate on board: split the group across two vehicles, for example a limousine and the Party Sprinter.
- Larger groups that only need the ride: our mini buses seat 23 or 27 and our coach buses seat 36, 40 or 56. These are passenger buses with forward-facing seats. They are the right choice for wedding guests, a stadium trip or a company outing, but they are not party buses: no lounge seating, no party lighting, and no alcohol on board.

What Changes the Total
- Hours. Plan honest hours: pickup, travel between stops, the stops themselves and the ride home. A realistic five-hour booking is better than a four-hour booking and a rush to extend at 11 p.m.
- The vehicle. Do not pay for seats you will not fill, and do not squeeze 14 people into a vehicle for 13.

Cheap Party Bus Offers: Where Corners Get Cut
Looking for a good price is reasonable. When a quote comes in far below everyone else, the discount usually comes from one of these:
- Unlicensed operation. Ask for the TLC license. Every one of our chauffeurs is TLC licensed.
- Bait pricing. A low hourly headline, then fuel, cleaning or administration fees on the final bill.
- Tired vehicles. Sound systems that do not work and air conditioning that quits in July.
- Late cancellations. Small jobs dropped when a bigger one comes in for the same night.

How to Book
- Count heads. Up to 13 fits the Party Sprinter.
- Write the stop list. It tells you how many hours you really need.
- Get the total in writing. Enter your date and hours at /reservation and you see the exact price before you pay.
- Book early for busy dates. Prom weekends, December and New Year's Eve fill up weeks ahead.
Online booking closes 24 hours before pickup; for anything sooner, call +1-888-558-3339. A 20% deposit holds the vehicle. The deposit is non-refundable; if you cancel at least 24 hours before pickup, everything you paid above it is refunded.

No. The hourly rates on our rates page are the same every day, and the total you confirm is fixed.
What if our night runs long?
You can extend if the vehicle is free, billed by the hour. On busy nights it may already be booked after you, which is one more reason to reserve realistic hours.
